I appreciate including on the face of the report an explanation for how SDC students are accounted for. I believe there are much friendlier ways to convey this material, for example, a simple box that references SDC students in all grades versus conjuring up the language of exclusion. Also: specifically, do the SDC numbers include students who are placed in NPS settings, in and out of district? Thank you!
