why isn't MK Think's work on FMP finished? Are you pushing forward a bond without a completed master plan? You already wasted $2.3 million on a Facilities Master Plan from Jacobs, work that you have admitted is not useful. Now you are asking us to spend even more money on this FMP? Our children need the facilities upgrades, but you all have demonstrated over and over that you are incapable of managing the facilities bond money, $230 million wasted in Measure J alone bc of you ineptitude in delaying, reprioritizing and generally being unable to make up you mind on projects. It is a shame what you have done to the children of Oakland. You should not be spending more money on this nonsense.
