P1.-7 20-1270 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No 1, Between Owner and Contractor, i.e., District and Digital Design Communications, Oakland, CA, for the latter to replace the existing switches with new jumper switches for installed surveillance cameras, as described in said Change Order, known as the Video Surveillance Maintenance (30) Sites Project, in the additional amount of $35,526.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $860,218.00 to $903,744.00, and extending the term of May 9, 2019 through September 9, 2019, by an additional 479 calendar days, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Change Order for same with said contractor.
