P.-54 20-0993 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Luis A Lopez Lara, Oakland, CA, for the latter to virtually provide an additional 114 hours of Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs (ATOD) awareness sessions for students violating OUSD tobacco/drug free policies, cessation and strengths-based life skills and behavior coaching at Madison Park Academy 6-12 school site in coordination with the site's COST and administrative team and school site staff, for the period of October 09, 2019 through May 29, 2020, in the additional amount of $4,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $4,480.00 to $8,480.00 and COVID Amendment, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
