P.-60 20-0893 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and SPAAT, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide virtual tutoring and mentoring for students for the period of August 15, 2019 through April 30, 2020, in the additional amount of $17,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $135,000.00 to $152,000.00, via the Office of Equity and COVID Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
