P.-24 20-0618 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Margaret Buchanan, Richmond, CA, for the latter to provide classroom and assembly anti- tobacco/marijuana presentations, train and lead peer educators to provide classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs (ATOD) awareness sessions for students violating OUSD tobacco/drug free policies, cessation and strengths-based life skills and behavior coaching at 2-3 middle and high school sites in coordination with the site's COST and administrative team and school site staff and related services, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of February 4, 2020 through June 8, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $18,375.00 and the COVID Amendment.
