P.-71 20-0798 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Mills College, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide OUSD Expanded Learning team with professional development and support around online facilitation and how to minimize the negative effects shelter in place will have on student learning and program goals. Contractor will also host several meetings for Expanded Learning staff and after school staff from across the District around strategies to help facilitate learning remotely via Community Schools and Student Services Department for the period of May 1, 2020 through June 30, 2020 in an amount not to exceed $32,000.00 and COVID Amendment thereto.
