    Understanding that the highest number may not represent the best deal, as in a higher price offer for a property that requires renovation on the part of the lessor/seller, this is still very concerning without context, because the district has made such poor property deals over the course of time. Why is it necessary in advance? What will the Board and District do to assure that whatever occurs it benefits the district's students and not some other entity? Every time I have researched one of the district's property deals, I have hoped to find a different result.
