What gaps in communication has OUSD documented? Which schools have had the most success in communicating directly with families? Which have had the least? Overall, how many OUSD families have not been reached? What is the plan for communicating with them to ensure that they receive support? 3. What communication have Special Education families received to address the unique needs of their students? What progress has occurred in communicating with them since the start of the Covid-19 response? What efforts are currently underway to improve direct communication with Special Education families? 4. What challenges in distributing devices and connecting families to internet service has OUSD documented? How will you work to address those challenges?
