P.-5 20-0505 Approval by the Board of Education of an Award of a General Services Agreement between the District and Bay Alarm Company, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide monitoring services - break-in, vandalism, and fire alarm - for District Sites listed in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for an amount not to exceed $90,000.00, at the rate of $6,000.00 per month, for the term April 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021, via the Building and Grounds Department, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said Company.
