P1.-1 20-0405 Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement for California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) Contract between District and OJO Technology, Fremont, CA, for the latter to provide installation of 150 new surveillance cameras for the Various Security Improvements & Repair Project, in the amount of $200,976.90, as the selected vendor, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said vendor with work scheduled to commence on March 12, 2020, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2020, pursuant to the Contract.
