P.-37 20-0427 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Elena Pinsky, Piedmont, CA, for the latter to provide 408 hours of classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, train and lead peer educators to provide classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, and Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs (ATOD) awareness sessions for students violating District's tobacco/drug free policies, cessation and strengths-based life skills and behavior coaching at 4 middle and high school sites in coordination with the site's COST and administrative team and school site staff, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of February 1, 2020 through May 29, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $16,320.00.
