P.-36 20-0426 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Quamay Sams, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 550 hours of classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, train and lead peer educators to provide classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs (ATOD) awareness sessions for students violating District tobacco/drug free policies, cessation and strengths-based life skills and behavior coaching at 3 middle and high school sites in coordination with the site's COST and administrative team and school site staff and related activities, described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of December 16, 2019 through May 29, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $19,250.00.
