P.-17 20-0065 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Ujimaa Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to add a martial arts program, a gardening and nutrition program, and a foreign language class each meeting twice per week, as well as a 5th grade camping trip for the After School Program at Carl Munck Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,815.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $33,315.00 to $42,130.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
