P.-9 20-0360 Approval by the Board of Education of Award of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor - Non-Competitively Bid - for the Santa Fe Child Development Center Fire Alarm Panel Upgrade Project to Johnson Controls Fire Protection, LP ("Contractor"), Livermore, CA, for the later to provide replacement of the current Simplex 4001 Control Unit fire alarm panel with new 4100ES, install wire from panel in room 704 and provide programming labor for the new panel device, and all work described in the November 11, 2019 Quotation attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, in the amount of $36,338.00, as the selected Contractor, with work scheduled to commence on March 12, 2020, and scheduled to last until April 9, 2020, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said contractor.
