P.-25 20-0214 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement between the District and New Leaders, Inc., New York, NY, for the latter to provide on-the-job training that prepares teacher leaders, coaches, and/or assistant principals to boost achievement across multiple classrooms - with a focus on seeing results during the training year; combine intensive study with job-embedded coaching as participants lead a team of teachers to elevate instruction and achievement; providing Program Participants of Emerging Leaders who successfully complete the program with possible opportunity to participate in New Leaders' Aspiring Principals Program in the following year, all of the foregoing as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Continuous School Improvement Department, for the period August 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, at no cost to the District.
