P.-24 20-0213 Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding between the District, the City of Oakland, on behalf of itself and the Oakland Workforce Development Board, and the America's Job Center of California (ACC) Partners, named herein, as Parties to the MOU, Oakland, CA, establishing a cooperative working relationship between the Parties and to define respective roles and responsibilities in achieving policy objectives; serving to establish the framework for providing services to employers and employees, job seekers and others needing workforce services, as stated herein, for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022, at no cost to the District.
