P.-12 20-0125 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Memorandum of Understanding between East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, reducing funding for agency academic support positions so school site can hire Roosevelt teachers on extended contracts to support academic needs of students participating in the After School Program at Roosevelt Middle School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the reduced amount of $8,316.00, decreasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $402,335.00 to $394,019.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
