P.-4 20-0212 Approval by the Board of Education of Award of General Services Agreement - Non Competitively Bid - to Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide assistance in reviewing the project's fire and intrusion alarm designs to verify compliance with the California Building and Fire Codes (CBC and CFC) and District design standards, and to witness testing of the fire and intrusion alarm systems, more specifically, all services described in the January 28, 2020 proposal attached as Exhibit "A" to this Agreement, in the amount of $43,500.00, which includes a contingency fee of $10,000.00, as the selected consultant, with work scheduled to commence on February 27, 2020, and scheduled to last September 1, 2022, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said consultant.
