T.-6 20-0366 Adoption by the Board of Education of Resolution No.1920-0200 - Declaring An Emergency That Requires The Procurement Of Construction Services For Emergency Abatement and Repair at Joaquin Miller Elementary School and Awarding A Contract for Performance of The Emergency Repair Work (Agreement Between Owner and Contractor) on behalf of the District to ER Plumbing & Construction, Oakland, CA, for Emergency Sewer Replacement Project for Joaquin Miller Elementary School in the amount of $205,450.00, as the selected contractor, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Contract for same with said non-bidder with work scheduled to commence on January 25, 2020, and scheduled to last until February 1, 2020, pursuant to the Contract.
