P.-29 20-0082 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Barbara Howell, LMFT, Albany, CA, for the latter support the school psychologist by extending school base therapeutic services to include somatic family therapeutic to 6 identified students, in the additional amount of $4,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $8,000.00 to $12,500.00 and extending the Contract term from August 12, 2019 through January 31, 2020 to June 30, 2020, at Chabot Elementary School. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
