P.-28 20-0073 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Ross Lim, Oakland, CA, for the latter to reduce by one hour per day, five days per week, the conflict resolution services, described in the original Contract Scope of Work, reducing the Contract amount by $7,300.00, decreasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $36,000.00 to $28,700.00, at Chabot Elementary School. All of the terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
