P.-25 20-0067 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and HERO, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide two additional employees to provide services already contracted for the 2019-2020 school year: including social skills development, leadership program, mentoring program and staff professional development; and support recess in the form of safe organized games and physical activities, for the period of August 12, 2019 through May 28, 2020, in the additional amount of $15,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $30,000.00 to $45,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
