20-0373 Discussion by Community Advisory Committee of students with IEPs and Special Education impacted in the OUSD Budget Process. Guiding Questions for the Presentation: 1. How does the current budget development process address the specific resource needs of Special Education? What are the specific types of supports and services that we must budget for? 2. How should/does school site budget planning account for students with IEPs? How does the central office help school sites do so? 3. How are staffing allocations determined for Special Education classrooms and programs (e.g. resource, inclusion/blended inclusion, mild/mod SDC, mod/sev SDC, staff hired through NPAs, NPS)?
