P.-33 20-0025 Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between District via Oakland Adult and Career Education and the Fremont Unified School District, via Fremont Adult and Continuing Education, in partnership, establishing the terms and conditions under which the BankWork$ Program - training adults for employment in the Financial Industry - will be delivered through Oakland Adult and Career Education in Oakland, CA in partnership with Fremont Adult and Continuing Education in Fremont, CA., more specifically as described in sections 4 and 5 of the MOU, for the period of January 23, 2022 through December 31, 2020, at no cost to the District.
