P.-32 20-0024 Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding between the District and RePlate, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide food recovery software and driver services to track and transport rescued edible food from OUSD and deliver to All In to End Hunger and other Alameda County Food Recovery Organizations, at Hoover, Melrose Leadership Academy, Joaquin Miller, Sequoia, Think College Now, International Community School, Acorn Woodland, Martin Luther King, Jr., Bridges Academy, Prescott, Futures, Community United, Fruitvale, and Garfield Elementary Schools, and Claremont Middle Schools, for the period of November 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021, at no cost to the District.
