P.-15 19-2632 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Health Initiatives for Youth, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to reduce hours for subcontractors so school site can hire its teachers to provide academic support aligned with school's goals for students participating in the After-School Program, in the amount of -$19,200.00, decreasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $167,369.00 to $148,169.00 at McClymonds High School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
