P.-12 19-2629 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Felicita Pedroza, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, train and lead peer educators to provide classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations; Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs (ATOD) awareness sessions for students violating District's tobacco/drug free policies, cessation and strengths-based life skills and behavior coaching at 4-6 middle and high school sites in coordination with the site's COST, administrative team and school site staff, with a focus on the LGBTQ community via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of October 28, 2019 through May 29, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $11,970.00.
