P.-11 19-2628 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Public Profit, Oakland, CA, for the latter to complete the annual federally-mandated outcomes reporting for the Annual Performance Report (APR) ( 3 reporting periods per year - summer, fall, and spring), which includes data requests to OUSD Research Assessment and Data Department and Cityspan, data analysis, and data entry into the APR portal; serve as an advisor in After School Programs Office (ASPO)'s efforts to complete the 2020-21 APR; prepare an APR work plan for ASPO to implement; be available for up to 5 coaching hours to help ASPO with any questions or challenges with goal to build the ASPO team's capacity to independently complete the mandated reporting in future years via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of December 2, 2019 through October 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $10,300.00.
