P.-6 19-2663 Approval by the Board of Education of Award of Agreement for Engineering Services to Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform two soil gas mitigation system monitoring events in 1st and 3rd quarters of 2020; 2nd and 4th quarter work will include visual inspection of sub slap ventilation and collection of soil gas samples described in Exhibit C Scope of Services, for the LaEscuelita Educational Center Project( No. 07047), for a not-to-exceed amount of $48,340.00 as the consultant, selected based on demonstrated competence and professional qualification through RFP, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said consultant with work scheduled to commence on January 23, 2020, and scheduled to last through December 31, 2020, pursuant to the Agreement.
