P.-5 19-2635 Approval by the Board of Education of Award of Agreement for Maintenance - Competitively Bid -between District and G & G Builders, Inc., Livermore, CA, for the latter to provide 3 year - Play Structure and Matting Routine Repair & Maintenance Services, as described in more detail in Exhibit "A" attached to Agreement and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the amount of $1,077,073.00, as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and rejecting all other bids, if any, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said bidder with work scheduled to commence on January 23, 2020, and scheduled to last until June 30, 2023, pursuant to the Agreement.
