P.-45 19-2609 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Cityspan Technologies, Inc., Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide licensed software, hosting it at the Cityspan Data Center, and provide user support for the collection of student level attendance data and generate summary reports for District after school and summer school programming that meet requirements set by the California and U.S. Department of Education, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of October 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $34,475.00.
