P.-28 19-2540 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to reduce hours for subcontractors providing enrichment activities so site can hire Fremont High teachers to provide additional academic support for students participating in the After School Program at Fremont High School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the reduced amount of $8,973.00, decreasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $188,078.00 to $179,105.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
