P.-19 19-2340 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding, between the District and Oakland Leaf Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to fund two enrichment activities - two twelve-week courses on bicycle safety and a Jiu jitsu class meeting for two hours twice per week - for the After School Program at Bret Harte Middle School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $19,077.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $161,441.00 to $180,518.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
