P.-18 19-2339 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding, between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to fund an enrichment instructor to create multiple new program offerings for after school participants to enrich their academic experiences in the After School Program at United for Success Academy, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $10,341.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $180,721.00 to $191,062.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
