P.-17 19-2338 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding, between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to fund after school staffing to support expansion of participation from 120 students per day to 160 students per day in the After School Program at Edna Brewer Middle School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $11,823.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $137,756.00 to $149,579.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
