P.-16 19-2326 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding, between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to increase enrichment activities for students by adding subcontractors to provide specialized instruction in performing arts, service learning, and music for the After School Program at Urban Promise Academy, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $10,925.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $127,058.00 to $137,983.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
