P.-14 19-2314 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to add enrichment providers to offer facilitation in performing arts, service learning, and life skills groups, providing students with increased opportunities to expand social emotional learning skills in the After School Program at Frick Impact Academy, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $9,756.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $113,138.00 to $122,894.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
