P.-12 19-2302 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to increase hours of academic instruction as well as reduce the amount collected in fees for families participating in the After School Program at Claremont Middle School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $5,872.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $70,315.00 to $76,187.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
