P.-11 19-2296 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to increase after school site coordinators hours from 30 to 35 hours per week and add a robotics instructor for the After School Program at Oakland School of Languages, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $5,818.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $69,674.00 to $75,492.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
