P.-10 19-2295 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to add a Science Survivalist course where students learn STEM through hands-on outdoor activities for the After School Program at Elmhurst United School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $11,753.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $182,084.00 to $193,837.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
