P.-4 19-2620 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 5, Architectural Agreement for Professional Services between the District and HKIT Architects, Oakland CA, for the latter to provide additional services related to the Fire and Intrusion Alarm Systems and the specifications and installation of the elevator, which includes design development, prepare construction documents administration site visits and provide additional services related to the Video Scoreboard System and related components modifications for the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $19,283.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $3,358,000.00 to $3,377,283.00, extending the term of Agreement from February 26, 2014 through April 16, 2020 to December 31, 2020 and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign said Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
