P.-111 19-2467 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Douglas G. Calderon, Oakland, CA, for the latter to continue to provide 5 days a week of after school programming in Visual Arts, in an additional amount of $26,500.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $26,500.00 to $53,000.00 and extending the Contract term from August 12, 2019 through December 31, 2019 to May 28, 2020 at Elmhurst United Middle School. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
