P.-104 19-2447 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Jamil Brown, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 1150 hours of classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, train and lead peer educators to provide classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, and Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs (ATOD) awareness sessions for students violating OUSD tobacco/drug free policies, cessation and strengths-based life skills and behavior coaching at 5 middle and high school sites in coordination with the site's COST and administrative team and school site staff, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 23, 2019 through May 29, 2020 in an amount not to exceed $40,215.00.
