P.-101 19-2412 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Stacy Younger, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, train and lead peer educators to provide classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs (ATOD) awareness sessions for students violating OUSD tobacco/drug free policies, cessation and strengths-based life skills and behavior coaching at 5 middle and high school sites in coordination with the site's COST and administrative team and school site staff, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 19, 2019 through May 29, 2020 in an amount not to exceed $47,725.00.
