P.-94 19-2380 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Girls Inc of Alameda County, Oakland, CA, for the latter to fund weekly professional development for after school staff aimed at helping staff improve their skill levels in areas critical to running safe, supportive after school programs, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the After School Program at Acorn Woodland Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,867.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $96,512.00 to $105,379.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
