P.-86 19-2343 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Oakland Leaf Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to hire an enrichment subcontractor to provide weekly cooking and nutrition education for students participating in the After School Program at Think College Now Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,815.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $96,589.00 to $105,404.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
