P.-85 19-2342 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Oakland Leaf Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to increase staff prep time by 0.75 hours per day to support lesson planning, liaison work with school day teachers, and project-based learning preparation for the After School Program at International Community School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,815.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $96,589.00 to $105,404.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
