P.-84 19-2335 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to increase the number of hours staff have to prepare for after school programming; hire a subcontractor to provide specialized instruction in robotics to teach students about engineering and STEM in the After School Program at Fruitvale Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,815.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $102,567.00 to $111,382.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
