P.-79 19-2325 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding, between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to increase enrichment opportunities for students by adding 2-3 field trips over the school year; add a Bilingual Family Liaison to support parent participation in Academic Parent/Teacher Team sessions and Report Card Conference sessions for families of students participating in the After School Program at Garfield Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $17,718.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $207,922.00 to $225,640.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
